How It Works
1. Choose a coaching bundle
Purchase 4, 8 or 12 private leadership coaching sessions at the partner rate.
2. Set your client pricing
Offer the coaching as an additional service or incorporate it into your existing programme. What you charge your client is up to you.
3. Introduce your client
I'll take care of onboarding, scheduling and delivery.
4. You retain the relationship
I provide the leadership coaching while you continue supporting your client in your area of expertise.
Each bundle is assigned to one named client and cannot be shared or transferred between clients.

Can I set my own price?
Yes. You decide what you charge your client. You can offer the coaching as an additional service or include it within your existing programme.
Can I use one bundle across multiple clients?
No. Each bundle is purchased for one named client and cannot be shared or transferred between clients.
Who invoices the client?
You invoice your client directly. You purchase the coaching bundle from Neurohack Coaching at the partner rate.
Who delivers the coaching?
All 1:1 leadership coaching sessions are delivered by Sakina Ramzanali through Neurohack Coaching.
Will I know what is discussed in the sessions?
Coaching sessions are confidential. I won't share the content of sessions unless the client has explicitly agreed to it. Where useful, we can align on overall development objectives with their consent.
What if my client needs more support?
You can purchase an additional bundle for the same client or choose a larger package depending on their needs.
Will Neurohack Coaching market other services to my client?
No. Your client relationship remains yours. I am brought in to provide the specialist leadership coaching component and will not use the engagement to market competing career coaching services.
